How to get the most out of your Cooler
After each use of your Cooler, or as needed, thoroughly clean your Cooler using our tips above. Make sure to clean out corners where debris can settle, and use a gentle scrub brush on the interior for any tough stains or dirt.
After you use and clean your Cooler, ensure it is completely dry and closed before storing it. We recommend storing your Cooler in a dry place.
Leaving any cooler out in the sun for prolonged periods of time can result in a warped lid, or damage to exterior colors and coatings. We recommend keeping your CNCT Cooler in the shade or a cool place and avoid leaving it the sun for a prolonged period.
Just like with any bottle opener, your opener that comes with your Cooler can rust slightly if it is left wet or in wet conditions. We suggest keeping both your Cooler and bottle opener dry when storing or not in use.
Like all coolers, your CNCT Cooler's lid can get scratched if you place it on the hard ground or gravel/pavement. To avoid this happening, be careful to avoid placing the lid of your Cooler on those types of surfaces.
Your CNCT Cooler is designed and built to be durable and withstand some weight, but should not be used as a seat, stool, or stand. We also recommend you avoid stacking or placing heavy items on top of your Cooler.
The CNCT Cooler is the only hard cooler custom designed to fit the trunk well of your Tesla Model 3. We noticed the empty trunk well in our own Tesla and realized there had to be a better way to utilize the space. And with that, the CNCT Cooler was born. The CNCT Cooler is perfect for road trips, eco-runs, camping, everyday errands, and wherever you happen to find yourself.
Your CNCT Cooler is made in the USA using a rotomolded process, and designed to fit seamlessly into the trunk well of your Tesla Model 3, using 2lb commercial-grade rigid density closed cell polyurethane foam insulation in the wall and lid. These premium materials and specs are added in order to keep your food, beverages, and ice cold for up to 2 days.
Rotomolded refers to the high-temperature, low-pressure plastic forming process otherwise known as 'rotational molding'. We use this method in making your CNCT Cooler for its inherent design strengths, like consistent thickness in the Cooler's walls and higher durability.
Yes; your CNCT Cooler comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. For more information, please reference our warranty section below.
Your CNCT Cooler is made and assembled in the USA using rotomolded, high density and UV protected polyethylene and 4lb commercial-grade rigid density closed cell polyurethane foam insulation. Your Cooler can hold the weight of 27 lbs which is much more than the water, ice, or beverages that you can carry in it.
Your CNCT Cooler is 23 1/4" long by 14.75" wide by 9" height, with a 17L/Q capacity.
Caring for your Cooler
To keep your CNCT Cooler clean without compromising the interior or exterior finishing, we recommend cleaning your Cooler with warm water and a gentle soap or soap solution. Avoid any harsh chemical cleaners or polishes.
While we have designed and manufactured the CNCT Cooler to be highly durable and stable, we understand that your Tesla and CNCT Cooler take you further. Should you require a replacement part or parts for your Cooler, please email us at email@example.com to request replacement parts. Please read our warranty information below prior to requesting replacement parts.
Though we have designed the Cooler to be as durable as possible, we highly recommend avoiding using your Cooler as a seat, stand or stool in order to preserve the quality of the Cooler and to avoid warping of the Cooler.
Although we have designed the CNCT Cooler to be durable and withstand some weight, we recommend against stacking items on top of your Cooler or using it as a stand or seat. This will help prevent damage to the Cooler and better promote a longer 'lifespan' for your Cooler.
While we've designed your CNCT Cooler to be durable as possible for your Model 3, like all coolers, leaving your CNCT Cooler in the sun may cause damage to the Cooler, such as a warped lid or faded coloring. For those reasons, we strongly recommend you avoid leaving your CNCT Cooler in the sun for prolonged periods of time.
Currently, the CNCT Cooler is only available in Tesla red. Please check our site regularly for updates on future additions to the CNCT family of products.
Your CNCT Cooler has a 17L/Q carrying capacity and can hold up to 3 bags of ice.
Your CNCT Cooler can keep items (like food and beverages) cold for up to 2 days, but there are many variables that affect ice retention. For example, exposure to sunlight, the type of ice you use, how much ice you use, outside temperatures and other factors come into play when prolonging ice retention. For those reasons, how long your CNCT Cooler retains ice varies based on the different scenarios that are out of our control.
Your CNCT Cooler can keep your food, beverages, and ice cold for up to 2 days (48 hours).
While your CNCT Cooler is designed using insulation denser than industry standards, we recommend using the Cooler only for the purposes of keeping your items cold.
Your CNCT Cooler can hold up to 24 regular-sized (12oz) cans.
The handles on your CNCT Cooler are responsive, meaning they are compact carrying handles that eject with the push of the finger to make removing and carrying your CNCT Cooler simple.
Your CNCT Cooler is designed to fit seamlessly in the trunk well of your Tesla Model 3, and has been created specifically for that compartment.

You are charged for your order upon completion of the checkout process. Please note that you are only charged for products you complete a purchase for.
Yes; once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. Once it has been shipped, you will receive another email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, check your Spam or Junk email folders.
Yes; once your shipment is accepted and processed by the courier, you will receive your shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
As we try to process and ship orders in a timely manner, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or modify your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped.
Shipping & Returns
We want to get your CNCT Cooler to you as soon as possible so you can start putting it to use in your Tesla, wherever you find yourself. CNCT offers free Ground Shipping across North America (USA and Canada).
We make every effort to get your order processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note that ship times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date or time of your order. Shipping times may also vary depending on statutory holidays and the courier’s delivery policies for any/all holidays.
In general, Ground Shipping estimated times can range between 5-10 business days.
Please allow for 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, and an additional 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped and arrive. Once your order has departed for shipping, estimated delivery times are subject to change based on local delivery.
Refunds are returned to the original form of payment. We do not offer online store credit or gift cards for returned products.
Your Cooler must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns for damaged or used Coolers. Additionally, returns for Coolers are only accepted within 30 days of the official receipt of your Cooler. All Coolers are subject to a $25 (USD) restocking fee.
For all returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use whichever courier you prefer to return your cooler, and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment, as we are not responsible for any return shipments that do not make it to us once it has been left with your courier.
Please note that original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Coolers that are returned more than 30 days after the official receipt date will not be eligible for refunds.
CNCT Cooler Product Warranty
At CNCT, we are Tesla owners and enthusiasts dedicated to making lasting products for fellow Tesla enthusiasts and stand by the quality of our products. But we also recognize that the unexpected can happen. If there’s an issue with your CNCT Cooler, we offer the following warranty policy.
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser (“you”) of the CNCT Cooler, and that every CNCT product is made free from defects in construction and craftsmanship. Any CNCT Cooler you purchase is covered by our warranty, provided the following conditions are met:
You must have purchased your CNCT Cooler directly from CNCT Coolers. You must provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase. You must return the CNCT Cooler to CNCT Coolers. And, you must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the Cooler’s care instructions
If a defect has occurred as a direct result of the intended use of the Cooler, CNCT Coolers will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective Cooler. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by third-party modifications, customizations or alterations of the Cooler. Scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use are not covered by our warranty.
CNCT Coolers offers a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, with a 30-day return and $25 (USD) restocking.
There are no expressed warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. Under no circumstances will CNCT Coolers be responsible or liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is only applicable and available in Canada and the USA.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us via email at email@example.com. You must provide the following information in your warranty claim email:
Full name (first and last) of original purchaser. The email used for purchase. The phone number. Full shipping address used for purchase. Order number. Date of purchase. Information regarding your claim (including defect or damage details).
Additionally, we require any warranty claim to include at least 3-4 photos of the Cooler, including photos that show the full product, the defect or damage, and the logo of the Cooler.
Upon submitting your warranty claim via email, please allow for up to 48 hours for a response while our team receives and processes your claim. If your claim is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). You are responsible for shipping the Cooler to us in safe/adequate shipping packaging. When returning the Cooler to CNCT Coolers, you must also include a copy of the original purchase receipt and your RMA# with your Cooler.
Like any Cooler, it is possible for small infants to be trapped inside the Cooler, presenting the risk of suffocation. Keep the Cooler out of reach of children when not in use.
